So guitars are almost done and Fanis started recording his bass guitar parts today. Session is going great! In the meanwhile we are preparing a surprise instrumental piece that wil probably gonna love! (haha). Be safe all :)

It was about time to update this shit!
Hey ya all,
Missed this page? I did! Its been along time since we updated our beloved blog. I don't really know the reason. Maybe its because Facebook kept us busy updating and posting there. Nevertheless, blogging is something completely different so we will be updating very often from now and then.
First of all, ENDSIGHT would like to thank everyone who came at our last show @ Oneirodromio January 30 2011. The show was amazing, all the bands where great and we thank em all! A big thank you to Dimitris Roussos who arranged this crazy situation. Definitely this gig was the best way to leave 2011 behind!
As you all know the past months we focused on composing and writing new shit about our upcoming album. We are proud to announce that finally we have 10 brand new tracks ready to be recorded!
We are entering Deva sound studios with Fotis Benardo (Septic Flesh)and Thanos (Inactive Messiah) behind the console, on Monday 14th of Feb, starting with Billy's parts. Hopefully the entire recording session will be filmed. We will be studio updating this blog very often (daily) so everyone will be able to find out whats happening. We are looking very forward to the result!! More details about the albums name, etc, really soon.
Don't forget our Saturday night gig! Endsight are warming up the stage for the hardcore legends INTEGRITY on the 11th of Feb @ KYTTARO club. Come and drink a beer with us!

Ok first fall we want to thank everybody who attended the Darkest Hour / Endsight show on the 14th of Feb. We had a great time meeting all of u once again and ofcourse DH. Thank you all once again! Greek Metal Scene VS Spiros V.
These guys are the closest thing to an early version of Darkest Hour! NO JOKE! DH returning to Athens’s An Club, supported by Endsight (AGAIN!) & Karma Violens.It’s the 2nd time you’ve landed the main opening act for Darkest Hour here in Athens, GR. What’s it like?
Well I think this is awesome! Besides the fact that DH are one of our musical influences… last time we played together we had the chance to hang out with these crazy dudes! John (vox) and Mike ( guitar) decided to stay for a couple of days after their show in Athens.. So we drank, went swimming, BBQ etc. Awesome!! Besides that….sharing the stage with a band like DH is such a great experience.
How did you come up with the bands name ? If I’m not mistaken you used to be called For What Is Worth. Tell us who does what in the band.
I think I was expecting you to ask that! So,.... the name had to be changed due to line up changes back then! We wanted something new, something fresh..plus…we weren’t FWIW anymore..so… we came up with ENDSIGHT as our new name. We got the inspiration from a Tragedy song called No End In Sight. You should read the lyrics! Heh! Αs u know we had some major lineup changes. We have Nikos on vox (former BLEED frontman) , Fanis on bass guitar (former Beyond Exorcism guitarist), Giannos on guitar (former BLEED guitarist), me on guitars and of course Billy on drums. ΝΟW we feel stronger than ever!
I have to be honest with you, the release party for “To A Falling World” was AWESOME. I hadn’t seen that sort of event done in Greece before! (free entrance/free paper slip case of T.A.F.W. WITH THE CD! & stickers) it was something new & I hope other bands follow your example .. …
Man it was so hot in there…hahah! It was awesome indeed. I think we had the best time playing ever till now! SOOOO much energy from the people! We thank everyone for helping us making this real. We wanted a free entrance gig…. we wanted it to be like a huge party in which everyone was invited. And as I have mentioned in the past, we decided to give our cd for free because our goal is to spread our music as much as we can. We wanted to make everybody able to listen, without being forced to visit a record store , give money etc (nothing against that at all). So that’s it……
What are your influences & what made you start playing music? Did you/do you play any other instruments?
Oh man ..Influences… well! I think the first thing that inspired my music and way of playing was back when I got into punk rock music. Bands like Satanic Surfers, NoFx, Strung out, Leatherface and generally the whole American and European punk rock scene of the 90s. As time passed, I got into hardcore and metal music as well. Bands like Strife, Earth Crisis, Raised Fist, Death, Slayer, At the Gates and many many more. The thing is that I always get inspired by music I listen every single day. I believe one of the biggest motivations to start playing was my aunt who was a great piano teacher of her time. She tried teaching me the piano but had no luck at all! So she gave me a classical guitar…...and that was it! I used to play the drums. My first gig was back at 1997 with a rock band, and I was the drummer. Hahahha! Now I just play for fun when Billy takes a piss break.
Which songs do you perform most frequently? Do you play any covers?
Ok this usually depends on how much time we have! Songs that we play in almost every concert are : The Answer, As We Fall, almost everything included in the “To A Falling World” cd, especially Before I Drown and A Falling World. Sometimes we perform FWIW songs as well but not always. Depends on the mood! We love playing covers every now and then too. We have covered bands from different music scenes such as Good Riddance, Strife, Raised Fist, Beatsteaks, Therapy. The latest track we covered was “Reaction” from the band From Ashes Rise.
Any chance we’ll see Endsight break the boarders this year & spread the noise ?
Not sure yet. We would love to do that..maybe in late 2011 , because our priority right now is to spread our music within the country. We’ve started planning our release party/gig for our new CD. So after that, a Greek mini tour comes straight after! Dates and venues are not confirmed yet, we’re still working on that. But after that we would love to travel abroad and play wherever!!!
Just out of curiosity, what’s the deal with you & The Plague Mass playing together so often?
Often? No that’s not true. As a matter of fact we had a great Greek / Balkan tour with Plague Mass. Awesome guys, musicians and tour mates. That tour took place two years ago. We haven’t played with them since then. But we could do that in the future J
Now, the gig with DH is on the 14 of February! also known as Vtines day! Any advice for all those “attached” guys that want to come & bang their heads with you ? who to bring ? what to bring ? what to do ?
Guys listen! Bring your girlfriends/boyfriends with you! If u haven’t got any..don’t worry..masturbation is not a crime!! Grab a beer and enjoy the show !
Recordings, done! Mastering, done! What’s next ? what were the writing sessions for the upcoming album like ?
Well, recordings are not done yet! We finished recording two new songs for promotional reasons only. We wanted you guys to taste a bit of our new work.We are still composing songs, but I think we are almost ready to hit the studio again and complete the album. Sessions are lots of fun till now. That happens if u record with your favorite studio guy and ex FWIW member, John Tsiakopoulos from Moth Studio. Hahah. We can’t wait to finish the whole procedure!
If I ask the new album’s title, will I get an answer ?
What makes u think that we got one ? haha. We are not sure about that yet. Maybe tomorrow..
How can fans access your music ?
As Endsight being total geeks, we have a bunch of sites and web locations that anyone can visit. Some of these are :
